All three apartments are rented. All three units are individually metered for natural gas for heat and electricity. Water, sewer, and electricity for the common ares is paid by the landlord. Two off street tandem parking. More parking on street. Officially, all three units have two bedrooms each. But tenants are using each apartment as three bedrooms. Seller will show the interior of the property after receiving a reasonable offer wich is within a negotiating range. Buyer may not talk to the tenants untill then. It will make tenants uncomfortable.They should make an offer subject to a satisfactory inspection of the interior. If the offer is within a reasonable range, we will be glad to show them interior. The owners do not want to alarm the tenants without a reasonable offer.
