【讲座嘉宾介绍】赵磊律师
赵磊律师持有麻州法院、美国联邦法院、和美国最高法院的律师成员资格。九十年代出国留学后在麻州工作了二十余年，拥有美国的法学博士和金融硕士，曾在享有盛誉的美国众达律师事务所（Jones Day）从事过商务法工作。除了精通各类商业合同和公司法以外，赵磊律师有多年的民事和商务诉讼的经验，成功地帮助很多客户申诉、维权、索赔、并代理解决不仅仅限于各类与房地产相关的租赁、装修、买卖、公司经营中的合同纠纷和其它纠纷。此外，赵磊律师还为家庭资产的免责、保护、管理和有效传承提供信托、遗嘱、医疗和财务授权等方面的法律服务。

【讲座内容】
赵磊律师在这次讲座中为房东介绍一些经典的与房地产相关的资产保护策略，例如：如何增强房产的个人隐私保护（从而减少诉讼风险），如何选择最合适的拥有权形式和管理方式来保护资产以及控制内部风险和防御债主上门，如何采用遗产规划手段来将辛勤劳动所积累的资产随你心愿转移给亲人并同时减少不必要的法庭遗产认证费用和遗产税。讲座也将涉及业主应注意的麻萨诸塞州房东租客法律陷阱。
