We are first time homebuyers with limited amount of experience. Nothing would have gone smoothly without Lu’s professional advice and help. Lu is very knowledgeable in the whole home purchasing process. She had not only done her job on being a Real Estate Agent, but also had went beyond to make sure we were happy on what we had purchased. We mostly concerned about the mortgage loan and she had helped tremendously by looking for the right mortgage company for us. In addition, Lu had found us an attorney, which was thoughtful of her. Ouyang help us find a bank owned property in a good town. The agent represent the bank is very difficult to deal with. Ouyang was very patient and work very hard to get the deal done. When we have to withdraw after we can not agree on closing date, she handled it very well. Shortly after that, we gave them another offer. This time. Ouyang find a lawyer who is very familiar with the process of buying bank owned property. That helped a lot. We finally got the deal done. Ouyang is very delight to work with. She is always available to show the property or to find documents from condo association. We were very impressed with the thorough, knowledgeable and professional manner Ouyang conduct her self the entire time. We would highly recommend anyone wanting to buy or sell property in Grater Boston Area to get in touch with Ouyang.
