波士顿市区10 大豪华condo

 

根据Lisitng Information Network 的资料显示,波士顿市区最近的condo 市场表现相当好,今年第三季的业绩较去年成长22.5%,有823 units 卖出,当中又以高价位的luxury condo 表现更好(including valet parking and concierge service,成长27.6%),不过平均整体condo 的中间价位(median price) 较去年同期小幅下滑4% 到$457,500。

其实condo 的成长显示出愈来愈多的民众对波士顿市区生活的便利性感到兴趣,另一方面也很有可能是波士顿内不断高涨的租金压力使得民众宁愿把钱拿去买房子。
